A laboratory that specializes in nutritional analysis evaluated each dish multiple times. However, due to the hand-crafted nature of our food and any guest substitutions or special requests, it's possible there could be minor fluctuations in the figures provided.
HOW DO I GET A DONATION FROM OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE FOR MY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION OR EVENT?
Outback Steakhouse is committed to being a strong contributor to the communities we serve. Donation requests (including requests for donations of gift certificates and food) should be submitted in writing to the managing partner of your local Outback Steakhouse. Requests should be submitted on your organization's official letterhead, including the organization's full name, address, phone, and fax numbers. State your donation request, when it is needed, and how it will benefit the community. Please use our Restaurant Locator to determine the Outback Steakhouse nearest you.

HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
Earn 5 points for every qualified dollar spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages at Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. Once you’ve collected 350 points, you’ll automatically earn a $5 off reward for your next visit.
WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFIED DOLLAR?
A qualified dollar is any dollar spent on food or non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol, gift card purchases, delivery fees, third party delivery and takeout orders, third party catering orders, discounts, taxes and tip are excluded.
WHERE CAN I VIEW MY ACCOUNT BALANCE, MAKE CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT, OR RESET MY PASSWORD?

DO MY POINTS AND REWARDS EXPIRE?
Points expire 6 months after being earned and rewards are valid for 90 days.
HOW DO I REDEEM REWARDS?
To get credit for your visit, make sure you identify yourself as a Dine Rewards member to your server by providing the phone number associated with your account when paying the bill, ordering over the phone or logging into your account at checkout.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY GIFT CARD ORDER THAT I PLACED THROUGH OUTBACK'S WEBSITE?
A confirmation email is sent once the gift card has shipped. You may also call (855)-274-0102 or send an email to outbackgiftcardsupport@buyatab.com to check the status of your gift card purchased from Outback.com.

You can check the balance on your card by clicking here or call (888) 731-2610.
CAN LOST/STOLEN CARDS BE REPLACED?
Terms on the back of the card state "card has no replacement value if lost or stolen."

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT CARD?
Pending results of the card activity research, a replacement will be sent to the mailing address provided. Please allow 3-4 weeks for research and replacement of your card.
DO YOUR GIFT CARDS EXPIRE OR HAVE ANY MAINTENANCE FEES?
No, our gift cards do not expire nor do they have any type of maintenance fees.
